1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NovaPep website located at novapep.co.uk and the purchase of products from NovaPep. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or place any orders.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from NovaPep. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. NovaPep reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the purchaser is under 18.

3. Products & Research Use

All peptides and research compounds sold by NovaPep are supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. Our products have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not approved for human or animal use.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the necessary expertise to handle research-grade chemical compounds safely and will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) where applicable.

4. Shipping Restrictions

NovaPep will not dispatch orders to countries or territories subject to international sanctions or trade embargoes. We currently do not ship to the following jurisdictions:

• Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• Russia
• Belarus

This list may be updated at any time in line with UK government guidance. Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full. NovaPep reserves the right to cancel any order it believes may be in breach of UK export control laws.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept PayPal, bank transfer (BACS), and cryptocurrency. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. NovaPep reserves the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing any order affected by such errors.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in their original sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exclusions — the following items are non-returnable:

• Perishable goods and temperature-sensitive products once dispatched
• Opened or used products
• Items damaged through misuse or improper storage
• Custom or made-to-order compounds

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day window. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

We collect and process personal data only as necessary to fulfil your orders, manage your account, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NovaPep website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software, is the property of NovaPep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaPep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product(s). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
